Following the senseless and barbarous act of terror in Sri Lanka, which has left hundreds of innocent people dead and many more injured, The Serbian Orthodox Metropolitanate of Australia and New Zealand expresses its heartfelt condolences to the Sri Lankan Christian community; to the families of all the victims, and to all the citizens of Sri Lanka.
Our prayers are with all the grieving families who have suffered the loss of loved ones. We pray for the wellbeing and quick recovery of all those injured.
May Christ, the Suffering Servant and Resurrected Lord, who took upon Himself our human sufferings, heal and illumine the hearts of mankind.
